Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

You may return an item within 7 days of delivery if it meets the following conditions:
✔ The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
✔ All tags, manuals, and accessories are intact.
✔ The product is not damaged, altered, or customized.
✔ The item is not a non-returnable product (see Section 5).

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  2. Approval & Instructions: Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.

  3. Pack & Ship: Securely pack the product and send it to the return address provided.

  4. Inspection & Refund: Once received, we will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange.

3. Refund Policy

✔ Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item passes inspection.
✔ Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit.
✔ Shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

4. Exchange Policy

✔ If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it at no extra cost.
✔ Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If unavailable, a full refund will be provided.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:
❌ Personalized or customized products
❌ Perishable goods (food, plants, etc.)
❌ Intimate or hygiene-related products (e.g., undergarments, cosmetics)
❌ Digital/downloadable products
❌ Items marked as "Final Sale"

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images of the product and packaging. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

7. Order Cancellations

✔ Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
✔ Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled, but you may initiate a return after delivery.
